Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. A notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship all orders from our Dallas, Texas warehouse and carefully prepare each gift box to ensure it arrives beautifully presented.

Shipping Methods:

Economy Shipping – 4–7 Business Days (FREE)
Standard Shipping – 3–4 Business Days
Express Shipping – 1–2 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions, peak holiday seasons, or unexpected delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates:

  • Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How to Check Your Order Status:

  • When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  • If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at [email protected]Provide your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

  • We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Include your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis, but we are committed to working towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Address Responsibility:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses. In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you. You will be responsible for the postage to reship the returned package or, alternatively, you can accept a refund, minus the shipping cost originally paid.
